    This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds can be granted for courses purchased from Speedrun to Promotion ("Company"). By purchasing a program or course, you agree to this policy in its entirety. This policy is applicable to the following types of programs or courses:

    • 1.2 Program/Course Refunds: Refund requests for the Program must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.

      • Your full name and email address associated with the course purchase.

      • The name of the course for which you are requesting a refund.

    • 2.2 Acknowledgment of Request: Upon receiving your refund request, the Company will confirm receipt of your request by sending an email to the address you provided. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address to facilitate effective communication.

    Processing Refund Requests

    • 3.1 Review Period: The Company will review your refund request within three (3) business days of receiving it.
