This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds can be granted for courses purchased from Speedrun to Promotion ("Company"). By purchasing a course, you agree to this policy in its entirety. This policy is applicable to the following types of courses:
Premium Course
Standard Course
Refund Eligibility
1.1 General Condition: All refund requests must be submitted within the specific time frame applicable to the course purchased, as detailed below. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
1.2 Premium Course Refunds: Refund requests for the Premium Course must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.
1.3 Standard Course Refunds: Refund requests for the Standard Course must also be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.
Requesting a Refund
2.1 How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, you must send an email to support@speedruntopromotion.com. Your email must include:
Your full name and email address associated with the course purchase.
The name of the course for which you are requesting a refund.
A detailed explanation of the reason for requesting the refund.
2.2 Acknowledgment of Request: Upon receiving your refund request, the Company will confirm receipt of your request by sending an email to the address you provided. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address to facilitate effective communication.
Processing Refund Requests
